566jl Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 566jl website at 566jl.vip, including all games, features, and services accessible therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 566jl Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the 566jl Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 566jl Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other bonus funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.

By accessing the 566jl Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 566jl, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of January 1, 2026, and supersede all prior versions. 566jl reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the 566jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 566jl Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current.

566jl is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 566jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional account security.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 566jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

566jl will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 566jl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

566jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash (instant processing)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant processing)
• Bank transfer: BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by Philippine banks)

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 566jl targets the following processing timelines:

• GCash and PayMaya: typically processed within 3–15 minutes of approval
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank
• Debit card: 1–5 business days

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be complete; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable limits; and (d) 566jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawals in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.

All games available on the 566jl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 566jl's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative. 566jl is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or interrupted sessions.

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. 566jl will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state where technically feasible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 566jl Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Registering or operating more than one Account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 566jl Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 566jl staff or other Players

566jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from all 566jl marketing communications.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 566jl Platform without prior written consent from 566jl.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 566jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

566jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 566jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

566jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

566jl complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to provide the 566jl service.

566jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 566jl will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 566jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 566jl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For gaming-related disputes, Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
